  They are not to sure what the costs are for anything. They have a hard time understanding your order. When I had to take back the order because they got it wrong, she was very mad and threw it out. The people behind me were even shocked. My daughter was in the bathroom and a mouse was running around. Their general care with presentation is horrible and the food is often cold. We use to go here all the time but in the last few years it has gon down hill.

  Decent food but they have a problem with I'd guess throwing the burgers in the tinfoil bag in a hurry and using the "butt" of the tomato too often, huge white crunchy chunks of lettuce that make eating the burger impossible without removing it... it's really the little things but there's a bunch of em.

  May 28th, 10:30pm. Ordered dinner, had a hard time understanding eachother.. no big deal. get my meal almost instantly. Great! its fast, but fast when there is NO one there is a bad thing. i got soggy/bendy fries and the burgers had no sauce of any sort on them. Maybe because i was right near closing time they threw their soon-to-be-garbage together (cold fries etc) into a bag and shipped their garbage off to save a buck. Nobody in their right minds that drops 30$ on dinner (which is expensive for a drive through) minds waiting an additional 7 minutes for fresh fries. This is the 2nd time i have had a urge for A&W and both times have been extremely disappointing. Save your money and go elsewhere.
